Defines the product quality assurance plans/procedures to manage all quality activities to assure satisfying quality product delivery to customers.
Handles all customer quality complaints and follow up response and actions.
Coordinates with other departments to provide the effective corrective and preventive actions to eliminate the causes of discrepancies for quality improvement.
Utilizes the quality data for analysis and lead quality improvement programs.
Manages product quality assurance workforces, product quality engineers, supervisors, and QA inspectors to ensure that have adequate workforces to support the quality assurance functions for each individual product/customer.
Manages training activities to ensure that Manufacturing and other departments receive adequate training support to perform their jobs and/or to enhance their knowledge for better work performance
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field, Science
5 years up for experience in Quality Assurance Management
Special abilities, Good personality, Be fluent in English
